The Argyle Company, Inc recently closed a $325k seed financing, all from Triangle-based investors.  

Investors include IDEA Fund Partners, Steve Vanderwoude, Jed Carlson (Founder, COO, ReverbNation), Aaron Houghton (Founder, Chairman, iContact), and Taylor Mingos (Founder, CEO, Shoeboxed).  

Lister Delgado of IDEA Fund Partners and Steve Vanderwoude will join Adam and myself on the Argyle Board of Directors.

Adam and I are excited to pull this round together – we’ve got a fantastic set of investors that will be enormously helpful as we dial up our efforts to grow Argyle.  And we’re especially proud that we were able to put together a local deal.

We’ll use the funds to grow our team, accelerate product development, and lay the foundation for our online marketing programs.  We’ve already made one hire – developer extraordinaire Mike Novi – and we’ll announce employee #2 next week.
