Brace yourself – we’re about to step up our Goals feature in a big way. 

We’ve tightened the connection between clicks and goal conversions, built greater insight into the social activities that lead up to a conversion, and made it easier for you to track how your social content drives online conversions.  In other words, in a few days, you’ll be able to:

  • Link goal conversions to posts:  “Jeepers!  This post to Facebook generated X leads/sales/registrations!”
  • Assess goal conversions by network:  “Crikey!  We did $XX,YYZ in total goal conversions from social traffic last week, $X,XYZ of which came from this Facebook page.”
  • Understand the value of clicks and interactions:  “Egads!  This post/campaign had 214 clicks, 12 interactions, and 7 goal conversions for a total value of $XYZ.”
