This role is responsible for…
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Becoming an expert on our customers and our products.
- Developing value-driven relationships with prospects.
- Working collaboratively with the Argyle team to accelerate our business.
…by…
- High volume prospecting for qualified inbound and outbound leads – min 50/day.
- Scheduling and conducting needs assessments calls with assigned prospects – min 3/day.
- Conducting online product demonstrations and evaluations to close business.
- Driving outbound sales campaigns to find new qualified leads.
- Working closely and collaboratively with an assigned mentor.
The ideal candidate is…
- An excellent communicator, written and verbally.
- A proven sales performer…OR has strong interest in a selling role.
- Fluent with CRM, online marketing, and social media. (Or able to learn very quickly!)
- An epic multi-tasker – you can digest a pile of information and quickly synthesize it into to-dos.
- Hungry for a fast-paced start-up experience.
- A hustler – you are competitive, motivated, self-driven, attentive, and tenacious.
Nice to haves include:
- Experience selling SaaS.
- An appreciation for Coke Zero versus real Coke or Diet Coke.
- Ability quote movies, preferably across genres and decades
This position offers a base salary + commission for achieving and exceeding goals. You will receive thorough training to kick start your career at Argyle.
